样品事宜

1、是否可以提供样品，样品费用如何计算？

我们可以提供样品，普通样品可以免费提供1-10pcs(或M) ，复杂或特殊规格样品根据实际情况收取样品费.
样品费一般是300--800元/款(样品费在订单达到五万PCS(或M)返还).
样品费付款方式
深圳市外:先付款后打样品. 深圳市内:可支持货到快递代收样品费用!

2、样品运费的承担？
收费样品,运费由我司承担,免费样品,运费由客人承担.我们一般通过顺风快递或者联昊通快递公司发送样品，
1公斤以内费用一般在10元~20 元。

3、样品获取的流程及时间？
下样品采购单,将您所需样品的产品名称、产品规格及样品的数量发传真（0755-33669585）至公司客服部，
我们将有专业的客服人员负责安排您所需要的样品，样品准备时间一般为1—3个工作日。 (请先与客服人员
确认样品单价与交期，谢谢！)

4、是否可以按照客户要求打样？
我们可以按照客户的要求打样.如需对产品作较大的改动，即涉及到模具费用或开发费用等，我们将另行议价。

    订单事宜

1 、最小起订量是多少？
产品最小起订量是根据产品类型而定的，一般产品是5000pcs(或M)起订，个别产品3000pcs起订，如果客户要
求的颜色，包装或规格与常规产品的有所不同的话，则最小起订量至少在5000pcs以上。低于起订量的产品
运费由客人承担.

2 、是否可以接受 OEM 订单或者按照客户设计制作生产？
我们很欢迎OEM/ODM订单和客户来样来图设计制作生产。

3、产品和包装上是否可以印刷客户的 LOGO 和公司名称等信息？
可以，线材上普通印字我们不收取任何费用.如需开模印LOGO在产品外观上.我们将根据实际情况收取相关的模具
费用(一般订单达到五万PCS返还模具费).产品包装(吸塑或纸箱)可以来样设计生产. 请将设计稿发电子邮件
（sales@dayoda.com.cn）发送至我司客服部，格式以JPG,PHOTOSHOP，COOLDRAW,AI为主，我司将由专人负
责设计制作。

4 、付款方式是怎样的？
签订合同后三个工作日内预付总货款的30% ，余下70%在发货前付清。初次合作的客户，尾款支持货到验收合格货运
公司代收。诚信通企业或个人，初次合作时支持支付宝担保交易！（样品单与低于起订量的订单不支持担保交易）

    运输信息

1、货物运输的方式以及所需的时间？
**珠三角客户由公司派车发送.国内其它地区一般采用快递，汽运，铁路快运，空运四种方式。重量较小的货物
一般采用快递，时间一般1--2个工作日。货物数量较多，总量较大的货物一般采用汽运或者铁路快运，时间
一般在3—8个工作日，地区不同，运送时间稍有不同。空运则一般由客人指定使用，时间一般1--2个工作日。

2、运输费用的承担？
**深圳交货价格则不包含深圳以外的运输费用，低于起订量的订单,运费则由客人自己承担。

    税票信息

1、是否可以提供税票？
**可以.目前我司可以提供的增值税票税率17% 。

    保修政策

1、是否提供售后服务？
**一般按国家的电脑和手机配件三包政策执行， OEM订单产品提供三月内保修服务。
